At 10 months

• Understands no.
• Says mama, dada (non specific).
• Looks for partially hidden objects.
• Responds to name.
• Sits unsupported.
• Can hold fine objects with fingertip.

At 12 months

• Calls mama and dada specifically to parents.
• Follows one step command with gestures.
• Walks with support.
• Indicates help by pointing.
• Searches hidden object.

At 15 months

• 2-3 words other than names.
• Walks by self.
• Imitates.

At 18 months

• Imitates.
• Points to show interest.
• Pretend plays with toys.

At 2 years

• 2 word sentences , vocabulary 50-100 words.
• Plays near other kids. Pretend play is more complex.
• Points to body parts , parts of picture.
• Climbs up and down the stairs.
• Can indicate toilet needs.

At 3 years

• Jump from last step.
• 3 word sentences, answers what ,when questions.
• Knows pronouns , opposites.
• Concept of /understands one.
• Rule based play.
• Can dress.

At 4 years

• Throws ball overhead, skip.
• Tells story.
• Answers where questions, 3 step command.
• Knows preposition, gender.
• Imaginative play.

At 5 years

• Answers why question
• Pre academic skills achieved (alphabets, numbers, shapes)
